Logistics Express Warns Against Scams Involving Fake Transport and Sales

At Logistics Express we wish to warn all our clients and the general public about the proliferation of online fraud and scams that are unlawfully using our company’s name and identity.

Over recent months we have received numerous reports from individuals who have been contacted through fake advertisements or misleading emails relating to animal shipments from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to the mainland, as well as purported sales of tractors, caravans, vehicles and agricultural machinery. These advertisements are entirely false and have no connection whatsoever to Logistics Express.

Logistics Express Does Not Transport Animals or Sell Vehicles

It is important to make absolutely clear that:

    • Logistics Express does not offer animal or pet transport services. We have never provided this service and do not do so now.
    • Logistics Express does not sell cars, caravans, tractors or machinery. Our business is exclusively logistics and cargo transport.
    • Any website, advertisement or email claiming otherwise is attempting to defraud you.

How the Fraudsters Operate

Scams using the Logistics Express name typically display the following characteristics:

    • They post fake online advertisements with prices too low to be genuine.
    • They contact potential victims and request advance payments via bank transfer or insecure payment methods.
    • They use fake email addresses that appear to be corporate but do not end in @logisticsexpress.es.
    • In some cases they present forged documents bearing our company’s logo or name.

How to Protect Yourself

To avoid falling victim to these scams, we recommend:

    • Always verify that communications come from our official channels:
    • Email addresses using the @logisticsexpress.es domain.
    • Be suspicious of any offer of animal transport or vehicle buying/selling that uses our company’s name.
    • Never make payments to unverified accounts.

What to Do If You Have Been a Victim of Fraud

If you suspect you have received a fraud attempt, or if you have unfortunately already made a payment, we advise you to:

    1. Stop all communication with the alleged fraudster immediately.
    2. Report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
    3. Inform us via our commercial email address comercial@logisticsexpress.es so that we can alert other clients.

Logistics Express’s Commitment

At Logistics Express we operate with integrity, transparency and professionalism. Our priority is to ensure our clients have access to a safe and trustworthy transport service.

We reiterate that we do not manage animal transport and we do not sell vehicles, caravans, tractors or agricultural machinery. All our services are contracted exclusively through our official channels.
