What type of companies can become Logistics Express partners?
Any company in the logistics sector: freight forwarders, licensed customs agents, road carriers with the appropriate licence, storage operators and independent commercial agents. The common requirement is sector experience and the relevant permits.
How long does the partner onboarding process take?
After submitting your application, an account manager will contact you within 48 hours. Evaluation and signing of the collaboration agreement typically takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on the type of partner.
What commission or financial benefit do commercial agents receive?
Commercial agents receive a competitive commission on the value of shipments they generate, paid monthly. The exact percentage is negotiated individually and depends on the potential volume and type of goods.
Is there territorial exclusivity or can I work with other operators?
We do not require exclusivity. You can work with other logistics operators. Our goal is to be your preferred option for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and Morocco thanks to service quality and competitive rates.
Do I need prior experience in special territories to become a partner?
It is not essential. We provide initial training on customs regimes for each territory and ongoing support from our customs team. The most important thing is wanting to grow in the special territory transport segment.
