What is the maximum weight per pallet?
Standard Europallets can carry up to 1,000 kg including packaging. Oversize pallets can accommodate up to 1,500 kg. Please contact us for loads exceeding these limits.
How long does national pallet delivery take?
Typical transit times are 24–72 hours for most peninsular Spanish destinations. Algeciras and Málaga to Madrid is usually 24–48 hours; to the north (Bilbao, Zaragoza) 48–72 hours.
Can I track my pallet in real time?
Yes. All pallet shipments include real-time tracking via our online portal. You will receive a tracking number at collection and can follow progress through to delivery.
Do you offer same-day or next-day pallet collection?
Same-day collection is available for requests received before 12:00 noon from our hub cities (Algeciras, Málaga, Sevilla). Next-day collection is available across peninsular Spain.
What documentation do I need for a national pallet shipment?
For domestic peninsular Spain movements, only a delivery note (albarán) and a consignment note are required. Our team can prepare all documentation on your behalf.
Do you handle hazardous goods pallets?
Yes, subject to ADR classification and packaging requirements. Our ADR-certified drivers and vehicles can transport classes 2–9 hazardous materials. Please provide the MSDS sheet when requesting a quote.
What happens if my pallet is damaged in transit?
All shipments are covered by our standard carrier liability. Optional cargo insurance providing full replacement value is available and recommended for high-value goods.
