What does the delivery with assembly service include for furniture and decoration?

The service includes collection from warehouse or factory, transport in a vehicle suited to the furniture size, elevator platform for upper floors if needed, assembly at the client's final location, removal of packaging and, if applicable, collection of the old furniture. All performed by qualified staff.

How do you protect fragile or high-value items during transport?

We use specific packaging for each product type: foam corner protectors for glass, moving blankets for lacquered surfaces, reinforced bubble wrap for ceramics and vehicle anchoring to prevent movement during transport. High-value items travel with included cargo insurance.

Can you manage returns and collection of defective furniture?

Yes. We manage complete reverse logistics: scheduling home collection, inspecting the furniture condition, transporting it back to the warehouse and coordinating with the after-sales department for repair, replacement or refund as applicable. The complete incident management cycle takes 48-72 hours.
