Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between ICC A, B and C clauses?

ICC A is all-risk and covers any cause of loss or damage except express exclusions. ICC B covers specific risks such as fire, sinking, overturning and natural disasters. ICC C is the most basic and covers only major incidents like fire, collision or sinking. We recommend ICC A for high-value goods.

What should I do in case of a claim with my goods?

Document damages with photographs before unpacking. Make written reservations to the carrier at delivery time. Contact us within the first 24 hours and we will assign a claims manager who will guide you through the entire claim process with the insurer until resolution and compensation.

Can I insure high-value goods such as machinery or art?

Yes. For high-value or special goods we have specific coverages negotiated with specialized insurers. Valuation is carried out by a qualified surveyor and the policy covers the full declared value including freight and additional costs.
