What is the maximum weight for parcels?
Individual parcels up to 30kg. For heavier shipments, we recommend pallet service or LTL freight depending on volume.
How is volumetric weight calculated?
Length x Width x Height (cm) / 5000 = volumetric weight in kg. The greater of actual and volumetric weight is charged. For pallets: Length x Width x Height (m) x 333 kg/m³.
Does it include customs clearance?
Yes, for shipments to special customs regime territories (Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands) we include customs declaration processing. For Morocco and Gibraltar, we offer customs clearance as an option.
