The contracting of specific services will be subject to particular conditions communicated in each case.

Quotes:
- Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise indicated
- Prices do not include VAT or customs duties unless expressly stated
- Quotes are subject to availability and may vary according to market conditions

Contracting:
- Acceptance of the quote formalizes the contract
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided
- Logistics Express reserves the right to reject shipments that do not comply with current regulations

The customer agrees to:

- Provide accurate and complete information about the goods
- Comply with applicable regulations for transport and international trade
- Have the necessary documentation for shipping
- Pay for services under the agreed conditions
- Notify any incidents immediately
- Not ship prohibited or restricted goods without authorization

Limitations:
- Logistics Express's liability is limited to that established in the CMR Convention for road transport and applicable regulations for other modes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather conditions, or actions of third parties
- Maximum liability will be limited to the declared value of the goods or applicable legal limits

Insurance:
- We recommend taking out additional insurance for high-value goods
- We offer all-risk insurance options upon request

- Accepted payment methods will be communicated in each quote
- The standard payment term is 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed
- Non-payment may result in suspension of services and claims for late payment interest
- Advance payment may be required for new customers

- All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Logistics Express or used under license
- Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited
- The trademarks and logos displayed are protected by industrial property laws

Logistics Express reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective from their publication on the website. Continued use of services after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Malaga, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
