What documents do I need to export?
Basic documents for an export include the DUA (Single Administrative Document), commercial invoice, packing list and, depending on the destination and type of goods, certificates of origin (EUR.1, ATR, Form-A). We handle preparing and submitting all this documentation electronically.
How does export VAT refund work?
Exports are VAT-exempt. We manage electronically validated proof of departure to speed up refunds of input VAT, improving your liquidity without increasing tax risk. We also optimize tariff classification to apply preferences such as EUR.1 or ATR.
What procedures do I need to export outside the EU?
To export outside the EU it is necessary to submit an export declaration (EX-A) at the customs of exit, prove the destination with the transport document and, depending on the product, obtain specific export licences. We manage the entire process and guarantee obtaining Copy 3 to justify VAT exemption.
