Frequently asked questions

What exactly is cross-trading?

It's a triangular trade operation where a Spanish company buys from a supplier in country A and sells to a customer in country B, but the goods travel directly from A to B without passing through Spain. We coordinate all logistics and documentation.

How does switch BL work?

We issue two sets of documents: one from the supplier to your company and another from your company to the final customer. This way you protect your margins and your customer doesn't know your supplier. We manage the switch at transshipment port or destination.

Are there tax implications in cross-trading?

Yes, triangular operations have VAT and corporate tax implications that must be properly planned. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor. From a logistics and documentation standpoint, we provide complete support.
